Long COVID fatigue ranks among the most debilitating symptoms affecting millions of people worldwide. Unlike typical tiredness, the exhaustion persists for months or years after initial infection, often preventing sufferers from working or performing basic daily tasks. Currently, no FDA-approved treatments exist specifically for post-COVID fatigue, leaving clinicians and patients with limited options.

Fluvoxamine operates by increasing serotonin levels in the brain.
